En el Shine Auditorium de Los Angeles se llevó a cabo la edición número 26 de los MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017, conducida en esta ocasión por Adam DeVine, que premia lo mejor del año en el mundo del cine y la pantalla chica.
Estuvieron presentes casi todas las celebridades de las películas y series que fueron furor en estos últimos meses: Logan, Fast and the Furious (que tuvo un momento muy emotivo en donde Vin Diesel le dedicó unas palabras al fallecido Paul Walker), Stranger Things, 13 Reasons Why, entre otros.
